Warranty and return conditions
Right of withdrawal
As an online buyer, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your shipment, without giving a reason.

The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the same payment method you used when making the purchase.
Custom-made products — exclusion of the right of withdrawal
Products made to individual specifications are not subject to withdrawal.
This applies in particular to books made according to customer specifications, including selected marbled paper pattern, format, binding or with dedication. Legal basis: Art. 38 section 3 of the Act of May 30, 2014 on consumer rights.
I inform you of this fact before accepting your order. Placing an order for a personalized product means accepting the above exclusion.
Claims (warranty)
I am responsible for any physical and legal defects in the products for 2 years from the date of purchase, in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code — this also applies to products made to order.
If the product is defective, please contact us using the contact form providing:
- your name and purchase date
- description of the defect
- photos of the product (if possible)
- request: repair, replacement, price reduction or refund
Claims are processed within 14 days of receipt of the notification.
