One letter, two words

One tile lengthens an old word and starts a new one.

Learn the tactic

A hook is a letter that turns one word into another. Placed at a right angle, it belongs to a new word as well, so it scores in both. The move also opens new parts of the board.

Remember

Remember the hooks of board words. A rare hook your opponent does not know can be worth a lot.

Find your own move without seeing the answer. Hints remain available, but using them makes this an assisted attempt.
