Learn the tactic

A blank stands for any letter but scores zero. It is best spent on a bingo: one letter is missing and the blank supplies it. Choosing its letter also helps fit the word to the board.

Remember

The blank is the most valuable tile. Spend it on a bingo or a very big move.

Find your own move without seeing the answer. Hints remain available, but using them makes this an assisted attempt.
